GALENA — We have two spring concerts by Galena Elementary School students under the leadership of music teacher Ashton Mooday coming up.
Families are invited to attend both performances. The concerts will be held in the Galena Elementary School gymnasium.
Spring Concert
Pre-kindergarten through second grade
2 p.m. Friday, May 26
Spring Concert
Grades three through five
6 p.m. Tuesday, June 6
Families will be asked to sign in for the May 26 concert for pre-k through second-grade students because it is during school hours.
For the evening concert June 6, performing students should be at the school by 5:30 p.m. Band students are asked to stay after school to assist with preparations.
Galena Elementary School is located at 114 S. Main St., Galena.
Additional parking for families for both concerts will be available at Olivet United Methodist Church across the street from the school.
