Kent County High School
Welcome to KCHS!

After serving as the Assistant Principal last year, I am overjoyed to be named the new principal of Kent County High School. Kent County High School has been blessed with so many successes, and it is the focus and determination of our administrative team to build upon the great foundation of excellence. I firmly believe that every student can achieve academic success and that our wonderful staff is more than capable of helping each student reach new heights. A great school is the bedrock of a healthy community and I hope to forge new relationships with the community and with business leaders to add to and enrich our students' educational experience. I am also a strong advocate of robust Career and Technical Programs of Study that provide our students with high quality skills and industry recognized credentials. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, and we look forward to a prosperous school year.

KCHS Cares!

Kent County High School students collected items to send to Hurricane Harvey victims. They have gathered over 750 items in a week; everything from baby formula, to toothbrushes, clothes and much more! We also had The Humane Society of Kent County donate a variety of cat and dog food to help all the animals impacted. Freshman students packaged baggies of candy on thier first day to send to our first responders as a thank you! Through a contact we have at Cecil County Fire Company the items will be sent directly to Houston.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to our cause!
