CHESTERTOWN —The Kent County Special Education Citizen's Advisory Committee is hosting a presentation later this month for parents and community members with a leading behavioral expert.
Dr. Joanne Kling to hold a free family workshop on "Behavioral Challenges" from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27 at Kent County Middle School.
Kling will help families better understand the function of behavior and what tools and supports are available to create a positive environment for children.
The presentation will be held in the middle school's media center.
Pizza and childcare will be available for those who attend. Pre-registration is requested.
