WORTON — Career seekers are invited to a Kent County Public Schools job fair this weekend.

Come out to Kent County High School in Worton from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 29 for the school system's job fair.

Kent County Public Schools (KCPS) is looking for teachers, alongside a wide variety of positions available. 

Staff and administrators will be on hand at the high school, including KCPS Supervisor of Human Resources Dan Hushion.

Learn about the competitive salaries and benefits offered by KCPS and the system's job environment, including its technology-rich schools.
KCPS also offers:
• Support and mentoring for new teachers
• Full course reimbursement for continued education for 2023-24
• $1,400 recruitment and retention stipends for full-time employees and $700 for part-time staff
• Free Kent County Family YMCA memberships for full-time staff for one-year.
