CHESTERTOWN — The annual Special Education Staff Recognition Award Ceremony is being held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 at Kent County Middle School, 402 E. Campus Ave., Chestertown.
Sponsored by the Special Education Citizen’s Advisory Committee (SECAC), we will be giving a Special Education update and also reviewing new legislation that has recently passed. There also will be a brief review of the latest data on Special Education in Kent County.
Dinner and childcare will be provided.
SECAC is a group of parents, grandparents, family members, administrators, teachers, staff, specialist and community members committed to improving Special Education services in Kent County.
